We’re home and have been since yesterday. Sarah had to stay an extra day at the hospital due to jaundice. The bruising she had on her face didn’t help any, but we were home by Monday afternoon. That is after being paraded around by Nana at her work. My mom loves to show off her grandbabies. Lol

Barry was unsure of how to react to Sarah when he first saw her. We’ve let him smell near her. And apparently last night he got on Brad’s lap while Brad was holding her and licked at her foot. Then today he was sitting in the chair next to the crib, waiting for one of us to show up there. Wait until she’s old enough to pull his tail.

Other than that, we’re adjusting to being parents again. We’ve kind of got a schedule going, so both of us get plenty of sleep and there’s always someone to keep an ear/eye out for Sarah. She’s got her first doctor’s appointment on Friday, that should be fun. We’ve also got things in motion to get more assistance from the state, of course that means paperwork. How the government loves it’s paperwork. *sigh* That’s all for now.
